As a senior leader at the National Strike Force Coordination Center, Dean oversaw the entire Response Resource Inventory (RRI) system and led numerous Preparedness Assessment Visits across the country. His experience gives him a rare, inside out understanding of both agency limitations and the operational challenges OSROs face; insight he puts to work helping the industry achieve its goals. -
